I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which provides the theoretical foundation for my work in leadership development, human resource management, and organizational transformation.
I have supported governments, international organizations, and private sector entities in strengthening performance through practical, results-oriented interventions in human resource management, governance, and organizational development.
My work focuses on translating strategy into measurable results by developing leadership capabilities, improving team effectiveness, and strengthening institutional systems. This includes the design and delivery of targeted training programmes, advisory support to reform initiatives, and hands-on facilitation of change processes.
